Homeland called "Khazaria"?

The Jews of Hungary -- and also the 550,000 in present day Israel who -- according to an Israeli newspaper -- are "rightfully" ready to settle anytime in Hungary -- insist they are not just any ethnic minority, because their nationality is Hungarian who happen to practice the ancient religion of Judaism.
